Engaging PDC
A free consultation does not create a paid service relationship. Before any paid work begins, the service scope, fees, payment arrangements and relevant exclusions are confirmed in a written quotation or service agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms. When you engage us, you agree to:
- provide complete and accurate information and documents;
- review the written quotation and raise any questions before accepting it;
- pay agreed fees, and any government or third-party fees identified in the quotation, when they fall due;
- tell us promptly if your circumstances change in a way that could affect the work.
Decisions and outcomes
Visa, extension, reporting and entry decisions remain with the relevant Thai authorities. PDC cannot guarantee approval, processing time or any particular outcome. Our fee is for the work of reviewing, preparing and presenting your case and for the support described in your quotation. Authorities may request additional documents or information, and processing times may change without notice.
External services and third parties
Where a service involves third parties, such as translators, legalisation services, banks, landlords, hospitals, insurers or lawyers, those parties act under their own terms, and PDC cannot guarantee their performance. Links to external websites, including messaging platforms and Google Maps, are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Limits of our responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, PDC is not liable for losses arising from decisions of authorities or third parties, from information you provide that is incomplete or inaccurate, or from reliance on general information on this website without a personal review. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
