Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information PDC Visa International may receive when you contact us, why we use it and the choices available to you.

Last updated 21 October 2026

Who we are

PDC Visa International is operated by PDC Visa (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Reg. No. 0405566000734), a private visa and relocation consultancy headquartered at 199/1 Kalpapruek Rd, Nai Mueang, Mueang Khon Kaen, Khon Kaen 40000, Thailand, with branches in Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket and Udon Thani. We are not part of the Thai government or the Immigration Bureau. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected] or to the address on our Contact page.

Information we receive

When you contact us, we may receive your name, contact details, nationality, age range, current country, visa status, intended moving date, preferred location and whatever you choose to include in your message. This information reaches us through:

  • the consultation form on this website, which opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message for you to review and send;
  • messages sent to us directly through WhatsApp, LINE, phone or email;
  • basic enquiry-source information, such as a campaign reference, referring page and landing page, stored in your browser session so that it can be included with your enquiry.

We ask you not to send passport, financial or medical documents until we have told you they are needed and how to provide them securely.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to enquiries, understand the support requested, prepare consultations, provide agreed services and meet legal or administrative obligations. In practice that means we use it to:

  • answer your questions and follow up by the channel you prefer;
  • prepare a relevant consultation and, if you go ahead, a written quotation;
  • manage the services you request, including applications made on your behalf;
  • keep records we are required to keep, and protect the website and our systems from misuse.

We do not use your details for marketing unrelated to your enquiry, and we do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Details may be shared with service providers, professional advisers or authorities only when reasonably needed for an agreed service, required by law, or authorised by you. For example, if you engage us to prepare a visa application, the information in that application is submitted to Thai immigration; if you ask us to arrange a translation, the document is shared with the translator. Messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and LINE process messages under their own privacy terms.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above. Enquiries that do not lead to a service are kept for a limited period so that we can respond if you come back to us, then deleted. Records relating to a service you have used are kept for as long as we need them to support you, including renewals, and to meet our legal obligations.

Your choices

  • Ask to access or correct the details we hold about you.
  • Ask us to stop contacting you about anything other than a service you have requested.
  • Ask us to delete your details where we have no continuing need or obligation to keep them.
  • Raise a privacy question or concern by email at any time.

Browser storage

This website uses limited browser session storage to remember how your enquiry reached us. If you choose another language with the flags at the top of the page, Google Translate translates the page and a cookie remembers your choice. It does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
